As we enter into a new school year, things are looking pretty different for most of us. While this can lead to extra stress, I’ve created a list of 50 things you can do this semester to ease your stress levels! While this isn’t exhaustive, you can print it out and check off the things that you do, or maybe even find something new you have never thought of before! Bonus, most of these can be done through social distancing :)
